Your message is only as good as your messaging. I' ve seen this pattern repeat itself throughout my life, in my legal education, my work and my relationships. The people winning arguments, leading discussions and commanding rooms were not always the most competent. They had simply mastered their communication skills. And with the right Coaching anyone can learn.
My coaching session are meant to be a welcoming and energetic space, where people feel comfortable asking questopnms, trying new things and discovering what they are truly capable of. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing someone come away from my session standing a little taller than when they walked in.
The AMPLIFY Story
Growing up in a big mixed family, I was captivated by the one person wh seemed to be everyone's friend - the life of the party, the social butterfly, the people person. At 13, I started writing my observations into a small journal I had received for my birthday. I wanted to understand why some people thrived in social settings while others struggled to share what they had to say. For years, I kept coming back to the same question: What makes someone a true people person? I assumed the asnwer was confidence - that some people were simply born with it, while others would always be held back by awkwardness, self-doubt, and overthinkinging. But the more I observed, the ore I realized something surprising: Confidence was not what created connection. It was what grew from it. The people who connected best weren;t necessarily the most outgoing. They had simply learned small habits that made others feel comfortable, understood and valued. So how does it all work? How do you become a people person? Two law degrees, years of research, workshops and countless conversations later, I now understand: People Skills can be learned. Which leads us to an even bigger question: How many capable people leave interviews feeling like they never showed who they truly are? How many opportunities never begin because the right message never quite lands? The reason much of the advice out there feels unreachable is becasue it asks you to become someone you're not - just act confident, just fake it till you make it. I won;t ask you to do that. Through AMPLIFY I dedicate myself to giving you simple and practical communication tools that feel natural rather than perforative. Whether you're negotiating an important deal, preparing for a presentation, learning to speak up for yourself or navigating everyday conversations, I help you communicate in a way that feels genuinely like you. I have embraced my inner people person and my social skills have bcome what I like to call my superpower. So ask yourself: Without my self-doubt holding me back- who would I become?
